Marcel San Pedro, LMHC is a licensed mental-health counselor who conducts individual, couples, and family therapy to a multicultural clientele from adolescents to seniors. Mr. San Pedro is an empathic psychotherapist with innovative skills resulting in accelerated patient retention. He is a dedicated and enthusiastic therapist who works with individuals seeking symptomatic relief as well as personal growth.

He has pursued his clinical work in private practice, community mental health and addiction recovery (outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization). Mr. San Pedro has comprehensive training with adolescents and adults. He works with individuals with many challenges including but not limited to adjustment challenges, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, addiction (i.e. gambling, substance abuse, chemical dependency, gaming) and codependency struggles.

Mr. San Pedro earned his master’s degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in film and television from New York University. Before training as a clinician, he was a photojournalist for WPLG (Local 10) for 13 years. His eye for detail and experience add to his keenness and understanding. Ongoing continuing education courses also serve as an enriching part of his conceptual framework and knowledge base.
